Research On WeChat Public Platform Service Of Zhejiang Provincial Archives Based On User Experience

The rapid development of the mobile internet has provided technical support for archival services.With the huge user base of We Chat,the We Chat public platform has developed into the archival mobile information service platform with the largest number of archival institutions and the widest audience of users.As one of the first provincial archival institutions to open We Chat public platform services,the Zhejiang Provincial Archives,while carrying out various archival services,has also emerged some problems that need to be improved,limiting the user experience of using the platform services.This paper therefore examines the We Chat public platform of the Zhejiang Provincial Archives,which can provide a good reference for the construction of various archival mobile information service platforms in China.The article firstly explains the basic situation of the construction of the We Chat public platform of Zhejiang Provincial Archives.Secondly,based on the literature related to user experience,a questionnaire system containing four aspects of functional experience,content experience,service experience and value experience is designed.On the basis of the situation of the construction of the We Chat public platform of the Zhejiang Provincial Archives and the recovered user experience questionnaires,the effectiveness and shortcomings of the existing We Chat public platform services in Zhejiang Province were evaluated.Finally,based on the study of the current problems,specific and operable optimisation countermeasures for the We Chat public platform services of the Zhejiang Provincial Archives are proposed,starting from four aspects of user experience respectively.The aim of this paper is to provide countermeasures and suggestions for ensuring an effective match between the overall archival mobile information service and users' needs,for improving the construction level of various archival mobile information services,and for promoting the healthy development of archival mobile information services.
