Research On The Construction Of The Function Of The Mobile Service Platform Of Guangxi Red Archives

With the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China in2021 and the triumphant convening of the 20 th National Congress in 2022,one major event after another,coupled with the background of the times of marching toward the second century of struggle,the enthusiasm of the whole country to study the history of the Party and carry forward the great spirit of the founding of the Party has never been higher.As a true record of history,red archives have profound historical,political and educational values,and provide an important basis for activities such as learning and education of Party history.The construction of mobile service platform for red archives can help red archives resources be more convenient and timely for the public.Based on the investigation of Guangxi red archives mobile service platform,this paper studies its query function,exhibition function and information function,each function from design,content and user application as the entry point.It is found that in the current process of function construction there are certain problems such as lack of platform building in certain areas,no guiding documents,single functional content,and poor user experience.And in response to the problems give solution measures to establish the red file database,strengthen the construction of service facilities,enrich the service content,optimize the user experience and a series of measures.By doing so,the quality of the functional construction of the mobile service platform of Guangxi red archives will be improved to better serve users,undertake the historical mission and play the role of promoting the red spirit.
