Research On User Experience Evaluation Of WeChat Public Platform In Provincial Archives

With the development of mobile Internet,social media services such as WeChat have been widely used in various fields.More and more provincial archives have begun to use the WeChat public platform to carry out archival service work,but due to the lack of corresponding overall planning and construction standards.In the rapid development,it is accompanied by various drawbacks and problems,such as the homogenization of construction mode,the low level of basic function,the lack of interactive services,and the single content,which seriously affects the user experience.As the direct service object of the WeChat public platform of the provincial archives,the user's subjective experience plays a decisive role in the sustainable development of the provincial archives WeChat public platform.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study how to evaluate and provide suggestions for improvement from the perspective of user experience for the development and improvement of the provincial Archives WeChat public platform.This study takes the provincial Archives WeChat public platform as the research object.Based on the domestic and foreign user experience related literature research and analysis,combined with user interviews and other methods,the user experience evaluation index system of the provincial Archives WeChat public platform is preliminarily constructed.The data was collected through questionnaires,and the reliability and validity of the data were tested.The evaluation index system was revised and tested by factor analysis to determine the visual experience,information interaction experience,information content experience and functional experience.The user experience evaluation index system consisting of five first-level indicators and29 second-level indicators,and the weight of the evaluation indicators is determined by the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,in order to verify the rationality and feasibility of the evaluation index system constructed in this paper,Zhejiang Provincial Archives,Jiangxi Archives and Qinghai Archives were selected as empirical research objects,and three provinces were calculated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation combined with data of recycling scale.The score of theuser experience of the WeChat public platform of the Archives,according to the scores,analyzes the problems of the user experience of the WeChat public platform of the provincial archives,and then puts forward corresponding rationalization suggestions and countermeasures.
