| We Chat,as a new media widely used by various industries and individuals,has also been favored by various provincial archives in China in recent years.More and more provincial archives have integrated We Chat public platform with archive information services and began to try to use it.New media serves the public.Today,although the We Chat public accounts of various provincial archives in China have been created and developed continuously,but the quality is uneven,how to optimize the We Chat public account of the provincial archives,so that users are willing to accept the We Chat public account of the provincial archives Provincial archives urgently need to solve the problem.Based on this,this study takes user acceptance behavior as a research perspective,and uses empirical analysis to discuss the key factors that affect the acceptance behavior of We Chat public accounts of provincial archives,with a view to the development helps.The research work of this article is roughly as follows:First,after long-term tracking of the use of We Chat public accounts in various provincial archives in China and a large number of relevant research results,combined with interviews with We Chat public account users of provincial archives,the impact of acceptance behavior of We Chat public account users of provincial archives was extracted Factors,and based on the relevant model of acceptance behavior,information system success model and perceptual interest theory,construct a model of factors affecting the acceptance behavior of We Chat public account users of provincial archives,and propose hypotheses.Secondly,carry out a questionnaire survey,pre-investigation through a small-scale distribution of questionnaires,after testing,the questionnaire has good reliability and validity,and then began to issue large-scale questionnaires into the formal survey phase,using SPSS22.0 and AMOS24.0 for the valid data recovered Data analysis,fitness test and hypothesis verification show that: perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,and perceived interest have a positive effect on the acceptance behavior intention of provincial archives We Chat public account users;the system quality,information quality,and interaction quality are positive Affect the perceived usefulness of We Chat public account users of provincial archives;system quality and interaction quality positively affect the perceived ease of use of We Chat public account users of provincial archives;information quality and interaction quality positively affect We Chat of provincial archives The perceived interest ofpublic account users.Finally,based on the research results,from the five aspects of management and promotion,system construction,content production,information dissemination and interactive services,a strategy to improve the acceptance behavior of We Chat public account users of provincial archives is proposed. |
