Problems And Countermeasures:study On The Transmission Of The Archives WeChat Under The View Of The "5W" Mode

With the development of archives in our country and the increasing attention to archives,the state has begun to guide and encourage the archival departments to dare to innovate and actively make use of the forms of archives dissemination in the new era,especially the use of new media.Under the background of this era,the research of archival information dissemination has also entered the stage of in-depth thinking and analysis,and excavated archival information resources with the fulcrum of information communication theory.Under the environment of new media,the practice of archives information dissemination will be pushed to another new height,so that it can be close to different users,provide better archives information service,actively develop cooperation and innovate communication ways,and make archives play a further role.The rapid development of society,the advancement of science and technology,the impact of institutional reforms and the coming of the 5G era are undoubtedly bringing new opportunities for the dissemination of archives information.The WeChat public platform will also undergo rapid changes.The flourishing development of the archives WeChat enriches the service methods and ways of archives information,facilitates the query and utilization of archives users,and turns the traditional passive service into active service.First of all,this paper starts from the research results of the archives WeChat research,draws on the wisdom of the classic 5W communication mode of Lasville,and finds the development status of the archives WeChat communication at the present stage through literature review and case analysis.Secondly,it analyzes and summarizes the main problems in the process of archives WeChat communication,and quantitatively analyzes the five communication elements—the main body of communication,the content of communication,the media,the audience and the effect of communication,and finds specific problems.Finally,this paper combines the main problems existing at this stage,from the positioning,users,content,effects and other related aspects to propose a response strategy for archives WeChat communication,and based on this,constructs a relatively reasonable archives WeChat communication mode.
