The arrival of the mobile Internet era has profoundly changed people's daily lives.People use portable devices such as mobile phones and tablets to easily access all kinds of information they need through the mobile Internet.All college libraries have responded to the development of the times and have relied on the fast-developing social media platform to provide services for teachers and students.As a representative of social media,WeChat has won the favor of a large user base,especially the youth group,since its inception,with its features of convenience,ease of operation,and great utility.University libraries combine their business with the WeChat public platform.The WeChat platform has become a new form of mobile library.Teachers and students can quickly acquire collection resources and information services through the WeChat platform.From the perspective of library user experience,this study is intended to explore how to evaluate the mobile user's service experience and how to improve the user experience.This paper adopts the literature research method,expounds related concepts such as WeChat and WeChat public platform,and summarizes the user experience from the aspects,characteristics and elements of user experience.The user experience related theories and research models are sorted out,such as immersion theory,user cognitive theory,rational behavior theory,HEART model,user experience cellular model,user experience APEC model.Through the combing of the domestic and international user experience model research results,the HEART model created by the Google user experience research team was selected to construct the user experience evaluation index system of the WeChat public platform of the university library.Taking the official WeChat public account of Chongqing University Library as the research object,the questionnaire was designed,the questionnaire was distributed through the network and the group interview was used to obtain the user's score on the WeChat public platform user experience,and the evaluation results were analyzed to summarize the public platform.The user experience has problems.Secondly,through the combing of the domestic and international user experience model research results,the author finally decided to use the HEART model created by the Google user experience research team to construct the user experience evaluation index system of the university library WeChat platform.Based on the WeChat platform of Chongqing University Library,the questionnaire was designed.The questionnaires and group interviews were used to obtain the user's score on the user experience of the library WeChat platform.Analyze the evaluation results and summarize the problems in the user experience of the library WeChat platform.Finally,the paper analyzes the problems of the user experience of the official WeChat public account of the library,and proposes to enhance the user experience of the WeChat platform from five aspects: rich platform resource content,function improvement,attention increase,attention to reading promotion,and enhanced user participation.Countermeasures and Suggestions.
