With the development of modern science and technology and the cause of archives,and the improvement of the awareness of archives services,public awareness of the need for archives services has gradually deepened,making the archives services to be publicized and promoted.As a service organization,the public archives should pay more attention to the improvement of the service besides keeping the archives.The diversity of public demand to promote innovative services for public archives,the opening of the We Chat public platform to create the conditions to provide a better service for the public archives.By reading the literature found that lots of articles about public archives service,but so far no experts research on service quality evaluation of public archives on We Chat platform,this paper selects the We Chat Official Account certified of public archives as the object,establish corresponding evaluation index system,and based on user perception on the evaluation of public archives service quality,and then put forward the improvement strategy for service quality of public archives on the We Chat Official Account,to enhance the public archives service for the purpose.In this paper,the user perception theory,file provisioning theory and service quality evaluation theory as the research foundation,through the questionnaire and expert consultation method,establish the evaluation index system of service quality,get the relationship between the indicators by using exploratory factor analysis,determine the evaluation index system for empirical research on We Chat Official Account of public archives and according to empirical results,put forward the optimization strategy.This thesis is divided into six chapters,including introduction,research status and theoretical basis,the evaluation index system and weight assignment,evaluating We Chat Official Account service quality of the public archives,optimization strategy and the conclusion and the prospect of the study.The first chapter is the introduction,which describes the research background and significance of the topic,research ideas,research methods,and introduces the innovation of this paper.The second chapter is the domestic and foreign research status and theoretical basis,through literature analysis,using visualization software,summarizes the domestic and foreign research focus,and elaborates three theoretical bases of this study,namely,user awareness theory,service quality evaluation and file provisioning theory.The third chapter is the construction of evaluation index system and weight assignment,this paper constructs the evaluation system in advance,uses the questionnaire,exploratory factor analysis and other methods to correction and determines the weights of the index system,provide the basis for the evaluation of public archives quality on We Chat Official Account.The fourth chapter is empirical research,this paper selects the We Chat Official Account of four public archives as the evaluation object,and then evaluates the service quality of the public archives on We Chat Official Account.The fifth chapter is the optimization strategy,through the evaluation of service quality of We Chat Official Account on public archives summarizing advantages and disadvantages of archives services,and optimizating the deficiency,proposing an optimization strategy.The sixth chapter is summary and outlook,this paper summarizes the research,to face up to the problem and imperfect place,and pointed out the future research direction.
