Research On Decision System Of Car Integrated Supply Chain Management

In this thesis, the car integrated supply chain has been constituted, and some decision-making questions which urgent need to be tackled have been analyzed in the car integrated supply chain management, from the view of systems engineering, based on the relative theories of supply chain management and integrated supply chain, combined with the developmental actuality. The questions are: evaluation and selection for suppliers in car parts integrated supply, high precise demand forecasting for commercial cars that be help to cut down the infection of the bull-effect, and performance evaluation for the whole of the car integrated supply chain so on.Then, the in-depth study and discuss have been carried through from the three aspects, an evaluation system for car parts suppliers and an performance evaluation system for the whole of car integrated supply chain have been set up respectively, and some decision-methods and decision-model applications have been studied and analyzed. The followings are the main contents and increations of this thesis.1. An new supply mode, car parts integrated supply mode that has been set up between car parts suppliers and car manufacturers has been brought forward through analyzing for the trend and actuality of global stock car parts, and an hierarchy systemic evaluation system for car parts suppliers has been set up based on analyzing for the influential factors on the selection of car parts suppliers. Then the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) have been applied in evaluation and selection of car parts suppliers.2.The integrated distribution, the best mode of commercial cars distribution and marketing demand forecasting, the key questions in integrated distribution management have been brought forward and discussed on the basis of analyze for the marketing distribution actuality of car industry. Then neural networks forecast and markov forecast methods have been studied particularly, and validity and veracity ofthe forecasting have been testified by illustrations.3. A hierarchy performance evaluation system for the whole of the car integrated supply chain has been set up from the definition of car integrated supply chain performance, and the whole performance of a certain car integrated supply chain has been evaluated and analyzed by using the improved gray relevant evaluation and multilevel dynamic fuzzy evaluation.4. On the basis of the above study, I have designed a ISCM, a car integrated supply chain management assistant decision system by using the software— Matlab7.0, and it had been proved that ISCM can provide scientific decision argument for managers by illustrations.
