The integrated circuit industry is a strategic emerging industry in China,which is the strategic commanding height that all countries must contend for in the game of high-tech strength.Embedded innovation network can provide rich internal and external resources for integrated circuit enterprises,and human capital is an important factor of enterprise innovation.Therefore,integrated circuit enterprises can improve their innovation performance by accelerating the embedding of external networks and acquiring the advantages of human capital flow while enhancing their own technology research and development capabilities.Therefore,it is of great academic and practical significance to explore the relationship between network embeddedness,human capital flow and innovation performance in integrated circuit enterprises.Based on network organization theory,social network theory and knowledge economy theory,this paper discusses the relationship between network embeddedness,human capital flow and innovation performance of China's IC industry.Firstly,this paper summarizes the theoretical and existing literature research,and then analyzes the status quo of innovation network and human capital flow of China's IC industry.Based on the theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward research hypotheses,constructs innovation network and calculates corresponding indicators,and finally verifies the impact of relationship Embeddedness and structure embeddedness of cooperation network and knowledge network on China's IC innovation and the moderating role of human capital flow in this impact.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)embedding external innovation network is conducive to promoting the innovation development of China's IC industry and improving the R ? D performance of enterprises.(2)The results show that the embeddedness of cooperation network in IC industry has a positive impact on innovation performance;the embeddedness of cooperation network structure has a negative impact on innovation performance;the embeddedness of knowledge network relationship in IC industry has a negative impact on innovation performance;the embeddedness of knowledge network structure has an inverted U-shaped relationship with innovation performance;and the embeddedness of human capital flow in IC industry has an impact on innovation performance,most of them showed positive regulation.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward suggestions to promote the innovation efficiency and industrial innovation level of integrated circuit enterprises:(1)optimize the development environment of integrated circuit industry,deepen innovation cooperation and knowledge exchange among enterprises,accelerate the construction of integrated circuit industry innovation network,and promote enterprises to carry out open innovation.(2)Integrated circuit enterprises should adopt different forms of network governance mode,and use network embeddedness to improve their innovation performance.(3)Accelerate the training and introduction of high-end talents in the integrated circuit industry,and encourage the flow of innovative talents among regions and enterprises.
