Research On Industry Collaborative Innovation From The Perspective Of Benefit Embeddedness

"Market for Technology" is not feasible in the high-tech field.The lack of core technologies makes national security a huge challenge.Developing countries face serious market failures in promoting collaborative industrial innovation.It is necessary and urgent to explore a new national system.In the Chinese context,this article first considered the embeddedness of interests of all parties involved and analyzed the externality of government role and the synergy of industrial ecology.The research finally established the linkage mechanism and support mechanism for collaborative innovation in high-tech industries.This study analyzed the unique genes,difficulties and pain points of the semiconductor industry and uses evolutionary game tools to analyze the feasibility of implementing import substitution in domestic procurement.After that,this article built a game model between government and enterprises with reward and punishment supervision mechanism and also built an upstream and downstream game model of the cooperative alliance mechanism.Finally,the model fully coordinated the interests of all parties to obtain a stable satisfactory solution.At the end of the article,according to the discussion of model evaluation,the corresponding policy advice was deduced and deepened the pertinence and practicality of policy recommendations in the context of Chinese practice.
