Intelligent elderly care generally refers to the application of sensor network system and information system platform to provide real-time,fast,efficient,low-cost,IOT,interconnected and intelligent elderly care services for the elderly at home,communities and elderly care institutions.Due to the short time of putting forward and implementing intelligent elderly care service in China,the mechanism and mode of intelligent elderly care service is still in the exploratory stage.At present,there is no complete national top-level design and planning of intelligent pension service,so that pension service enterprises lack guiding rules in the specific work of building intelligent pension service system,and the results are often not optimistic.Information system platform is an extremely important part in the process of building intelligent pension model.On the one hand,information system is the fundamental support of intelligent pension model.If there is no information system,there will be no intelligent pension.On the other hand,when we design the intelligent pension service mode,we need the information system to solidify the mode into a set of online standards,which contains the logic of the intelligent pension mode and the specific content of the service.In recent years,under the background of actively coping with the aging of population and the digital transformation of enterprises,pension enterprises have gradually adopted information technology means for transformation and upgrading.Thus,the construction of intelligent pension information system has been gradually built and applied by many enterprises providing pension services.In this background,this paper based on PMBOK project scope management,the wisdom of the construction of A company pension information system project as the research object,combined with the author in the real project management experience,studies how to apply the project scope management knowledge to wisdom information system construction in the process of pension industry.Intelligent pension information system is the product of in-depth combination of information system and pension industry.On the premise of in-depth understanding of the pension service model,the pension service model is implanted into the information system to achieve the result of integrated and innovative application.Intelligent pension information system project covers a wide range of stakeholders,including service personnel,professional personnel,service innovation experts,management personnel,etc.The integration of the system is complex,and the design of technical architecture is difficult.The innovation of service mode makes the requirements not clear enough,and the requirements often change.This article was to explore the wisdom pension information system construction in the process of the problems existing in the scope management,on the basis of fully combined with PMBOK scope of the project management theory and method,based on A company pension information system project scope management wisdom of analysis and research,the present situation and the problems of further optimization design wisdom pension information system project scope management plan and train of thought,including: Plan scope management plan,improve requirements gathering method,optimize scope definition,implement WBS creation and application,detail change control strategy,and design phase acceptance process.Finally,the implementation and effect of the optimization scheme are elaborated,which has a certain management guiding significance for the construction of intelligent pension information system project.
