Scope And Risk Management Of Information Integration Project Based On SOA Architecture

The worldwide SOA-driven architecture IT systems developing and software market continues to make significant progress as a consequence of multiple growth drivers. The reality is that SOA is responsible for much of what is possible and reflected in today’s newer technologies.SOA governance is the best answer to keeping SOA efforts on track. And definitely, the project management plays an important role in the SOA governance and information systems integration project. We will research project scope management and project risk management of the SOA based system integration project in this thesis.We researched3topics of the project scope and risk management in this thesis:1. How to manage and control the SOA project scope by using SDLC (system development lifecycle) control point.2. How to use SOMA (Service-Oriented Modeling and Architecture) to identify the candicate service and how to select service.3. How to use the FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis) in SOA project to analysis the project risk.From these researches, we have best practices and guidelines, and we also proposed the point of view from management and technical perspectives for the SOA based information system integration project.This thesis also summarized some project management experiences of SOA based enterprise information integration projects, and we utilized the research findings in the real project management, and had the positive effect on project.
