Research On Scope Management Of Guangming Investment Management Software Project Of Pengwei Company

With the acceleration of digital transformation of Chinese government,the market scale of domestic E-government industry is becoming larger and larger,which brings great development opportunities to enterprises in the industry.However,e-government projects generally have the characteristics of large scale,long cycle and complex demand,which makes the project management,especially the project scope management,face severe challenges.Pengwei company is a national high-tech enterprise,e-government software development and implementation business belongs to the company's main business,investment management software is the company's core product.Guangming investment management software is a set of information system developed and constructed by Pengwei company for Guangming district development and Reform Bureau of Shenzhen city.The system aims to realize the whole process management of government investment projects in the whole district,including online application,approval,evaluation and progress management of projects.Due to the lack of project scope management level of the company,in the process of development and implementation of investment management software projects,problems in project scope management often lead to project overrun and cost overrun,which seriously affects the development of the company and becomes an urgent problem to be solved.This paper takes the Guangming investment management software project of Pengwei company as the research object,analyzes the scope management theory in the project management knowledge system,and formulates the specific project scope management scheme for the project and carries out the implementation.Firstly,the scope management status of Guangming investment management software project of Pengwei company is investigated and studied.It is found that the quality of demand collection is not high and the creation of work breakdown structure is not detailed.Then,based on the scope management specification in the project management knowledge system guide,the project scope management scheme is formulated through the five processes of scope planning,requirement collection,scope definition,creation of work breakdown structure and scope confirmation.Finally,according to the scope control knowledge of the scope management specification in the project management knowledge system guide,the scope control scheme of the project is formulated,the clear project scope is controlled,and the implementation effect of the project scope management is evaluated.The application of the research results of this paper helps to define a clear and complete project scope of Guangming investment management software project,and carry out strict scope control,so as to ensure the smooth development and implementation of Guangming investment management software project.The research results also help to improve the scope management level of investment management software project of Pengwei company,enhance the overall project management ability of the company,and provide some reference and help for similar companies with similar problems in project scope management.
