Research On Project Scope Management Of Drug Intelligent Supervision System In M Province

Drug safety is a major event related to the vital interests of the people.In recent years,fake and shoddy drugs continue to occur,which seriously threatens the lives and health of the people.The traditional drug supervision has some problems,such as unclear supervision responsibility,weak process supervision and insufficient supervision force,which leads to low supervision efficiency and can’t realize the effective supervision of drugs.The M province studied in this paper is located in the poverty-stricken area of Northwest China,and its economy is underdeveloped.There are more than 3000 pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises in the province,but there are less than 100 supervisors.The supervision force is seriously insufficient,which is difficult to meet the heavy daily supervision tasks.In view of the particularity and importance of drug supervision.With the progress of science and technology,new technologies are constantly embedded in the pharmaceutical industry."Drug intelligent supervision" combining information technology and drug supervision came into being.In order to comprehensively improve the risk perception,situation research and judgment,business coordination and emergency response capacity of drug regulatory departments at all levels in M Province,promote the digital transformation of drug regulatory business in M Province,better prevent and control drug safety risks and serve the development of the pharmaceutical industry,m provincial drug administration plans to start the construction of drug intelligent supervision system in M province.Drug intelligent supervision system project is a large-scale project with large system scale,complex business and high application integration complexity.It involves multiple departments,multiple project stakeholders,difficult to define project scope and frequent changes in project requirements.These complex factors pose a major test for the implementation of the project.How to define scope and manage scope change has become the key to the success or failure of the project.It can be said that if the project scope management can be done well,the construction of the project has been half successful.Based on the relevant theories of project scope management,this paper systematically analyzes the problems existing in the project scope management of drug intelligent supervision system by using the methods of literature research,investigation and research,expert discussion and case analysis.Combined with the uniqueness of the drug intelligent supervision system project,a set of Scrum agile development and improvement scheme based on it project scope management is designed to ensure the orderly implementation of the drug intelligent supervision system in M province.Through the research of this paper,on the one hand,it provides a reference for the follow-up development of drug intelligent supervision system,and more importantly,it promotes the drug supervision to be more effective,scientific and intelligent.
