When a new project starts, the relational persons in the project all hope the project can develop all right according to fixed plan and finally accomplish successfully. There are many factors to impact the final success of project, such as the nine knowledge domains(includes integration management,scope managements timing management,cost management,quality management,human resource management,communication management,risk management and stocking management ),any one of the nine factors can impact the final success of project. The key factor whether our project can be successful or not, is how to apply scope management,timing managements cost management for management of system integrated project commendably.In my opinion, the reason of many information integrated system projects failed, is persons who implement the project can not control the scope of project well, during the process of project deploying. One of characteristics of implement of information integrated system project is that ,it is strongly dependent on the business, and it has long duration of implement , especially for some cross-business projects, we usually need spend more time to completely stabilize the business flow of system and implement it. So, under these objective conditions, the appearance of requirements modified and losing control of the scope of project is very common, if there is not any control upon this problem, the scope of our project will lose control, sequentially the risk and cost of our project will lose control, fatally result to the failure of project.At the beginning of information integrated system project, customers usually can not confirm the total functions and requirements about the final project, so, the modification of scope appears. Based on this problem , the project manager and project team members can not reject completely, and also can not accept completely. According to the definition of scope management of project management ,the paper analyze how to implement project scope management in our information integrated system project, and how to implement modification management of project scope when there is any reason of modification of project scope, and also expound the task for modification management of project scope. Finally, I think it is one of the mostly important parts during the whole project life to establish effective policies to manage the modification of project scope.
