Research On Cost Management Of The Information System Integration Project Of X Design Institute

At present,with the fast development of information technology,project management has received more and more attention from enterprises in the information system integration industry.Cost management is one of the important research directions in modern project management science,and it is also an important part of information system integration project management.Therefore,how to use scientific project management methods,integrate,utilize and allocate related resources,and improve project execution efficiency with limited resource input is a common challenge faced by current information system integration projects.Information system integration projects not only have the general characteristics of ordinary projects,but also have the characteristics of high technical difficulty,more customer needs,more project coordination matters,and greater difficulty in overall planning.Currently,information system integration projects generally have problems such as difficulty in controlling costs and schedules,project delays,and cost exceeding budgets.Therefore,it is urgent to introduce scientific project management methods to effectively control information system integration projects.In this paper,I made full use of the research methods of actual project analysis,pager research and earned value management method.And I combined the research achievement of the researchers of home and abroad,and gathered up the relevant theories of the earned value management and its advantages and implementation process in cost management of information system integration project.The cost management of the project was regarded as the research object.The paper fully analyzesed the influencing factors of cost management from the aspects of customers,technology and quality,and project management.and then gone deep into the aspects of cost management methods,cost management awareness and cost management system.The problems in the cost management of the information system integration project of X Design Institute were analyzed.Then combined with the cost management theory of modern project management science and the actual cost management of X Design Institute's information system integration project,put forward the use of earned value management methods,enhance project team cost management awareness,improve cost management responsibilities and assessment systems,and focus on quality management Measures and suggestions for improvement and exception management.This paper was based on the research of cost management of X Design Institute's information system integration project,and organically combined the theoretical knowledge with project practice,and some useful experience and suggestions for the cost management of information system integration projects was generalized.Then this paper want to provide reference for the information system integration projects of X Design Institute and provide better practice suggestions for the follow-up information system integration project of S company.
