Research On The Cost Management Of Software Development Projects In Company A

With the introduction of a series of policies,the government supports the development of small and micro enterprises in the aspects of finance,taxation and finance.Small and micro enterprises have mushroomed.However,there are not many enterprises that are really well managed.In fact,there are few small and micro enterprises that focus on research and development projects can achieve long-term stable development.In the software development of small micro enterprises,there are many problems,laymen lead experts,don't know how to start,using the mode of management of fixed etc.These problems lead to the project's cost is high.So,it is urgent to solve the problem of cost management of software development projects in small and micro enterprises.In this paper,on the basis of the theory of project cost management,we use the function point analysis method,the work breakdown structure,the earned value method to design a set of project cost management system,applied to digital municipal development project of A company.With the management,we can find the deviation in the process of project development cost,and analysis of deviation and rectifying,then,make the project actual spending costs within the scope of the project cost estimation as far as possible,and make the development of the X digital municipal project scientific and reasonable,which avoid the deviation of actual expenditure cost and project cost budget result.And,it's possible the enterprises lead to collective new knowledge,which provides reference basis for applying project cost management system in subsequent projects.Through studying the cost management of software development projects in small and micro enterprises in this paper,it is hoped that the cost management of software development projects in small and micro enterprises can be referenced theoretically.What's more,it's also hoped to enhance the profitability,comprehensive competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises.
