Application Research Of Agile Development In Software Project Management Process Optimization Of S Company

The optimization of software project management process is of great significance in improving the efficiency of software development,responding to customers' demands quickly,improving product quality and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.How to deal with the rapidly changing market and demand and push the products online on time and with good quality have become the key issues restricting the development of S Company.Therefore,this paper in view of the company S software project management status quo,analysis of its software project management organizational structure and the problems in the process of software project management,and combining the theory of project management theory,process optimization and agile development related theory,especially the design principle of the Scrum agile development mode,the related methods and content,proposed in view of the company S strategy of software project management process optimization.Finally,the results before and after process optimization are compared and analyzed,and the implementation effect of Scrum Agile development model is summarized.This paper details in the following four aspects:(1)An introduction to relevant theories of software project management,process optimization,Agile Development and its design principles,development methods and content based on a great deal of studies and information;a further elaboration on Scrum and an explanation on its implementation process from perspectives of roles,activities and artifacts,etc.(2)An introduction to the background and project overview of company S and analysis on the status quo and problems of its organization structure and project management process,bringing about three major factors(i.e.demand,schedule and quality)that have impact on software projects;a detailed discussion about problems arising from the development process of software projects in aspects of four stages(i.e.the planning stage,demand stage,the design and coding stage and the test stage),providing guidance on subsequent optimizations.(3)An elaboration on how to import Scrum into software projects of company S by optimizing its software development process based on the design principles and guidelines of Scrum.(4)A comparative analysis on the implementation effect of Scrum into software projects of company S,especially improvements on demand management,schedule management and quality management among the software development process.In light of work practices in a real company(company S),this paper deals with the entire implementation process of Scrum,which is not only of great importance to the software development process of company S,but also provides guidance and reference to other companies seeking for implementation of Scrum.
