An Empirical Study On The Construction Of Local Literature In Changsha Library Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

The nutrition of towering trees is derived from the roots,and the key to rural revitalization is rich spiritual culture.As a collection and distribution center of various literature resources,public libraries are leading the socialist spiritual civilization with Chinese characteristics.Among them,local literature has immeasurable spiritual wealth.We should do a good job in the construction of local literature,create collection characteristics,Revitalizing rural culture with the joint action of the whole Party and the whole society is the mission of the times entrusted to the library.Changsha library,which aims to build a cultural complex,plays an irreplaceable role in the Rural Revitalization Strategy,which has important theoretical guidance and practical significance.This paper takes the local literature collection construction work of Changsha Library in "downtown" as the object,through field research,with the help of literature research and case analysis,combining theory with practice,sorting out records and analyzing the work situation of each stage of the local literature collection construction of Changsha library,and summarizing the advanced experience and experience Enlightenment,establish advanced models,improve the linkage mechanism,point with line,line with area,empirical research to provide practical reference for other libraries.At the same time,this paper focuses on the survey of readers' satisfaction in the construction of local literature in Changsha library.Firstly,based on Oliver's "expectation inconsistency" theory,SCSB satisfaction model in Sweden,ACSI satisfaction model in the United States and ECSI satisfaction model in Europe,a satisfaction questionnaire is designed;Second,through field research,interviews,questionnaires and other forms,collect the relevant data of local literature construction and service of Changsha library;Thirdly,the questionnaire data are collected,the Yaahp model is introduced,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the analytic hierarchy process are used to generate the research report,and the readers are generally satisfied with the conclusion.In addition,this paper also analyzes the problems and causes of the local literature construction of Changsha library from the cultural perspective,technical level,institutional measures and endogenous power,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the local literature collection construction,which mainly include: first,continue to do a good job Collection and arrangement.Specifically,it is necessary to refine the standards,adhere to the co construction,sharing and coordination guarantee mechanism,and cultivate all-round professionals.Second,we should continue to strengthen development and utilization.To be specific,we should strictly standardize and improve the supporting systems and methods,enhance innovation,establish high-quality resource database,and strengthen publicity and promotion.
