Research On Rural Cultural Services Of Liupanshui Library Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

As an important part of public cultural service institutions,public libraries have rich collection resources and undertake the functions of social education,transmitting scientific information,developing intellectual resources and providing cultural entertainment,whether from the functional orientation of public libraries or the requirements of rural cultural revitalization,Public libraries are an important part of the rural cultural construction team.Through the field research method,this paper selects Liupanshui library,which is a representative in the field of rural cultural services in Guizhou Province,as the research object,and collects the data of rural cultural services carried out by Liupanshui library through data collection means such as interview,network investigation and working file access,Then,after summarizing the data,we describe the status quo from the aspects of the main body,service object,content method and effect of the cultural service,and analyze the data according to Xi Jinping's new era culture thought,the new public service theory,the rural library cultural service work requirements of the public library and so on.Find out the problems and gaps in the rural cultural service of Liupanshui library,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and solutions.
