Research On The Public Libraries Promote The Construction Of Rural Characteristic Culture Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization ——Based On The Investigation Of H Province

The revitalization of rural culture is the soul of rural revitalization,and the construction and development work of rural characteristic culture,as an important part of rural culture,needs to be paid attention and concern.As an important part of China's public cultural facilities,public libraries should also actively participate in cultural construction while assuming the important function of preserving culture.This study takes rural revitalization as the background,takes the construction of rural characteristic culture as the starting point,and elaborates on the concepts of rural characteristic culture and rural cultural needs,and at the same time lays down the research background and theoretical foundation for public libraries to help the construction of rural characteristic culture with the help of theories related to the sociology of knowledge and group dynamics.In this study,literature research is used to understand the policy orientation and the dynamics of the academic community,so as to build a research framework and specify the research focus for this study.In the process of research,we use the internet survey method to understand the basic situation of some public libraries in province H participating in the cultural construction of rural areas through the channels of web news and official public numbers;we use the semi-structured interview method and content analysis method to understand the feedback of rural residents on the current cultural activities carried out by public libraries for rural residents and the needs of spiritual and cultural life of rural residents,so as to propose suitable solutions for the cultural construction of rural characteristics in province H.This study was conducted to find out the feedback from rural residents on the current cultural activities for rural residents and their needs for spiritual and cultural life,and to propose suitable solutions for the construction of rural culture in province H.This study investigates the main problems faced by public libraries in the construction of rural culture,such as the pressure of public libraries' tasks,the low cultural awareness of rural residents,the low effectiveness of activities,the lack of long-term effective support,and the reasons for their creation.At the same time,according to the needs of rural residents' spiritual culture,specific measures are proposed for the followup of public libraries' participation in the construction of rural characteristic culture,such as enhancing the main construction of public libraries,stimulating the inner motivation of rural residents,improving the effectiveness of cultural activities,and gathering social cooperation,so as to innovate the participation of public libraries in the construction of rural characteristic culture.
