Research On The Development Of Rural Archives Work Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

"Rural Revitalization Strategy" is the overall strategy of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics formulated by the CPC Central Committee in the new era,and its implementation has given rural archival work and even the whole "three rural areas"(agriculture,rural areas).File work ushered in a new development opportunity,but also brought new challenges to the rural archives work.On the basis of analyzing the present situation of rural archival work in China,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of rural archival work in China,aiming at the main problems existing in rural archival work.First of all,this paper expounds the basic theory of rural archives work under the background of rural revitalization strategy,and analyzes the concept,types and characteristics of township archives and village archives,as well as the significance of developing the work of township and village archives.Then it analyzes the current situation,problems and reasons of the development of rural archives work under the background of rural revitalization strategy.Judging from the present situation of the development of the rural archives work,at present,the rural archives work has been further attached importance to by the Party and the government at all levels,the relevant laws and regulations have been introduced gradually,and the rate of village file building has been rapidly promoted.The standardization of rural archives has been strengthened in the process of management and the information file has been developed,and related to The villagers' archives were gradually brought into the management of the village archives.However,while the rural archives work has achieved achievements,there are still many problems and challenges in the process of development.For example,the rural archives management system is not smooth,the infrastructure construction of the archives work is lagging behind,and the equipment and facilities are seriously inadequate.The professional quality of archivists needs to be improved,the utilization rate of archives is not high,the management of archives business is not standardized,the construction of archives resources needs to be strengthened,and so on.The main causes of the problems include: the management system and mechanism of rural archives work is not smooth;the villagers' cultural quality is not high,the work stability of archivists is poor;the fund of archives work is insufficient,the supervision of archives work is not good,and the archives are under supervision.Lack of systematic training,etc.Finally,aiming at the mainproblems existing in the development of rural archives work,the author puts forward the corresponding solutions,including: innovating the system and mechanism of village archives management,clarifying the responsibility of village archives management;To strengthen the supervision and control of rural archives,to ensure the management of rural archives according to law,to strengthen the construction of rural archives management infrastructure,to improve the conditions of rural archives management;Strengthening the construction of rural archival resources,enriching the rural archival resources,collecting the archival resources in various ways,scientifically integrating the archival resources and the information construction of the archival resources,innovating the channels for the development and utilization of archival information in the way of archival service;Vigorously promote the Management of Rural Archives Standardizing construction,such as standardizing filing,enriching resources,standardizing collation and orderly development,standardizing custody,focusing on safety;Strengthen the construction of professional team of rural archivists,pay special attention to the training of archivists,improve the training methods,training contents and so on.In order to promote the orderly development of rural archival work and promote the prosperity and healthy development of rural archival work,we should work together to set up a complete system of rural archival work through the mutual cooperation of the above-mentioned measures.Give full play to the role of archives in the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,and serve for rural revitalization and new rural construction.
