A Study On The Sustainable Development Of Rural Bookstore Under The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

As the main position of socialist countryside spiritual civilization construction as well as the carrier and platform of advocating science and opposing superstition and cults,the Rural Library plays a major role in guiding the development of a better life in the countryside,which is the main field of ideological and political education research.Under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization,exploring the sustainable development of Rural Library has been put on the agenda again due to its important role in realizing rural economic development,disseminating agricultural science and technology and improving farmers' literacy and rural civilization.After 11 years of development,the Rural Library has made remarkable achievements,but at the same time there are still some shortcoming and problems.How to promote the perfection and innovation of the Rural Library and make it better improve the ideological work in the countryside is a problem that must be paid attention to and studied in ideological and political education.The paper is divided into three parts.The first part mainly introduces the implementation process and achievements of the Rural Library Project and the difficulties during its operation.The Rural Library has made remarkable achievements since its implementation,which are manifested in enriching farmers' free cultural life,improving their aesthetic taste,promoting their cultural levels,maintaining the harmony of rural society and caring about the growth of rural teenagers.The problems and shortcomings in the operation of the Rural Library are mainly reflected in five aspects--"house","book","person","government" and "money" which are in troubles.The second part mainly analyses the development opportunities brought by the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy for the development of Rural Library so as to better promote the construction of socialist rural culture and ruralspiritual civilization.This chapter mainly discusses the revitalization of rural economy and rural culture,and new opportunities for the sustainable development of Rural Library caused by the improvement of social governance.The third part puts forward relevant measures and suggestions for improvement and perfection from the perspective of rural revitalization including cultivating and tapping cultural talents,promoting the upgrade of infrastructure of Rural Library,rationally allocating publishing resources of,and building a chain of funds to seek multi-party funds for the construction of Rural Library.
