Study On Emotional Communication Of Doctor-patient Conflict Events On Weibo

At the time of the medical reform,the doctor-patient relationship has become a hot topic in the public domain,and the conflicts between doctors and patients such as "violent injury doctor" and "medical accident" occur frequently and continue to arouse public opinion attention.This paper discusses the emotional expression,emotional communication characteristics and emotional dynamic evolution process in doctor-patient conflict events,which is helpful to deepen researchers' understanding of doctor-patient conflict event.Based on this,this paper focuses on "Wei Zexi incident " " Yulin maternal jump incident " " Peking University Hospital injury incident " " Dr.Yang Wen killed incident" four doctor-patient conflict events Weibo emotional communication research,using content analysis(N=400),text analysis,case study.The research proves that the emotional communication in the Weibo public opinion is characterized by strong emotion,little information,rapid spread,wide spread,mixed opinions and many rumors.In the evolution of emotional communication,there is a closed-loop mode of emotion starting to spread,then spiral evolution,and finally exiting.There is a unique structure of influence circle between emotional expression subjects.The characteristics of different subjects are the authoritative original advantages of official media,the high activity and richness of social media,the pluralistic and individualized angle of opinion leaders,and the public's courage to voice and actively participate.Through the analysis of the motivation of Weibo emotional communication in doctor-patient conflict events,it is found that the superposition of relationship empowerment,group cooperation and public opinion situation promotes the emotional communication process of Weibo.In the process,there are excessive recourse to negative emotion,lack of rationality;opaque information,complex emotion breeding;related parties voice is not timely,hinder emotional dredging and other issues.The research puts forward the positive guidance of the media and opinion leaders to reduce the negative emotion;comb the truth of the event as soon as possible to avoid the formation of multiple complex emotions;adopt the way of trust dialogue to channel the emotional fluctuation of the public and other emotional guidance and governance suggestions.
