The papers concern a hot topic in our society today-the doctor-patientrelationship, medical news reporting content, the audience the attitude of thedoctor-patient relationship and medical career as the main object of study toexplore the impact of our audience physician-patient relationship attitudevariety of factors. Summary of its status and characteristics of sampling andanalysis of news reports on China's media Chinese medicine hospital,combing; combined with the results of audience research, to clarify theimpact of China's media reports of doctor-patient relationship, and try tocompare with the medical cause of the status quo, in order to certaintheoretical basis and practical guidance to ease our doctor-patientrelationship from the perspective of communication and psychology.For the status quo of our society doctor-patient relationship, the role ofthe news media in the attitude of the doctor-patient relationship as thestarting point, the virtual communication environment theory, cultivationtheory, learning theory and the press rely theory and psychology basictheoretical framework of attitude formation and change theory as a research,namely the use of data analysis, content analysis, text analysis, questionnairesurvey and sociological research methods of operation, sociological researchusing statistical software SPSS11.0the data statistics and analysis.Specifically, first of all, again, by the method of data analysis, theYearbook of the Ministry of Health, China consumer associations and otherrelevant data, to grasp the social reality of the objective image of hospitals in China; taken in Shanghai more than20years in320(including20-year-old) subjects, the use of the questionnaire survey, questionnaire dataanalysis the image of hospitals in the minds of the audience the concept ofreality,research they knowledge, attitude, and the resulting behavior of thehospital, analysis of factors affecting the concept of reality, designed toexamine the role of the news reports in the establishment ofphysician-patient relationship, while the influence of mass media andinterpersonal communication were analyzed; select the news content on thethree major portals in China, according to the results of the survey, as theanalysis object, taken to construct the sampling method to extract thecontent of the whole of2011the domestic media reported on the hospital,the use of ROST software for text analysis, and content analysis method, acomprehensive overview of the features of our current medical news reports,in particular, special attention to the news of the doctor-patientcommunication; Finally, in contrast to the objective reality and mediarepresentation and the perceived reality, to analyze the process of audienceformation and change of attitude of the doctor-patient relationship, themedia reported content, internal audience, personal characteristics andsocio-cultural factors.The thesis makes the creative effect in the following:1. In this paper, we take the methods of empirical research, analyzing thetwo aspects of the media content and audience research, filled the shortageof empirical research related topics, systematic analysed the role of mediacommunication in the doctor-patient relationship and deficiencies.2. We found that the medical news were not comprehensive enough, notdeep mining, lack of balance,and not professional. Therefore, the mediashould not only stay in the reflect the appearance of the doctor-patientconflict, but should be deeper reveals the reason for this status quo, toperform the duties of monitoring the environment, thus promoting progressand improvement of the system. Government should promote health carereform, to increase spending on health care, to change the status quo of high medical costs, medical personnel, to resolve the tense nature of the problemof doctor-patient relationship; audience should improve the initiative,governments, schools should focus on the culture of the audience of medialiteracy, so that they can accept and understand the information of the mediadialectical; the hospital should pay attention to media communication, senseof responsibility and level of medical treatment.3. The study also found that the audience of the media of medical newsreporting higher trust in the media dissemination of the contents of thedoctor-patient relationship has a certain influence, but also by other factors(such as: personal qualities, their situation, results expectations, the initialattitude, etc.) constraints, and to raise awareness and attitudes of the impactof model of doctor-patient relationship。...
