With the spread and development of the Internet, the health information the Internet presents to its audience has reached an unprecedented level, which has a tremendous impact on people's attitudes and methods of acquiring and using health information.Today, the Internet has become the main channel for public access to health information. On the one hand, the quality of Internet health information is uneven, and there is a lack of a relatively strict system of traditional media checks. At the same time,it does not cooperate with offline hospitals to publish authoritative health information. On the other hand, there is a clear digital divide between doctors and patients. The emergence of the Internet can not make up for the knowledge gap between doctors and patients due to professional knowledge, and the information on the Internet has the characteristics of induction, complexity, and fragmentation.Patients are generally unscientific based on the judgments made online, and it is difficult for them to be approved by doctors. Therefore, the communication between doctors and patients may have a certain impact. In the form of a questionnaire survey, this paper explores the performance of the general public after the Internet health information search behavior, and the impact on doctor-patient communication, and derives the influencing factors, while giving scientific constructive advice. This article summarizes the model of Internet health information search behavior impact on doctor-patient communication through literature review, questionnaire survey and interview summary. The model was verified and amended. Finally, according to the data obtained from empirical research, the Internet health information search behavior was analyzed in terms of doctor-patient information asymmetry, doctor authority, and the influence of doctor-patient communication, and gave a scientific explanation.Through 506 questionnaire surveys and interviews, this article finds that:First of all, though there is no clear correlation between Internet health information search behavior and gender, age, and occupation, there is a significant positive correlation between income and academic qualifications of respondents. At the same time, interviews with doctors found that doctors often choose very professional medical websites to search for health information, and they all agree that they know how to search for health information online more than patients.Second, the degree of symmetry of doctor-patient health information and the doctor's authority have a significant impact on doctor-patient communication. Finally,on the one hand,Internet health information search behavior increases the patient's willingness to communicate with doctors, but it is not helpful for doctors' satisfaction with doctor's visits;on the other hand, the Internet health information search behavior has authority over doctors and doctors and patients' information. The degree of symmetry has had a significant effect.
