Operation Service Evaluation And Improvement Countermeasures Of North Software Industrial Park In H City

With the various problems and puzzles faced by industrial parks,the operation of industrial parks is becoming more and more unstable.Therefore,it is necessary to put forward higher requirements for the operation mode of industrial parks.How to correctly understand the concept of industrial parks and improve the current status of service quality evaluation of industrial parks are the most important tasks to solve industrial parks.Therefore,from the perspective of the software industrial park in the northern of H city,based on the incentive theory,service management theory and new public management theory,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to construct the evaluation system of the operation service quality of the software industrial park in the northern of H city,and studies the operation service of the software industrial park in the northern of H city theoretically and empirically,laying a theoretical foundation for improving the operation service of the software industrial park in the northern of H city.Firstly,this paper systematically analyzes the research status of foreign industrial park operation service management,and summarizes the existing software industrial park operation service quality evaluation in China.Secondly,the service quality evaluation system of software industrial park in northern of H City is constructed,including internal service management,government affairs and information,market and social resources and enterprise growth needs,and a total of 16 secondary indicators are established.Third,combined with the evaluation index of this paper,using analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the secondary indicators.On this basis,the impact of each evaluation system is analyzed.Finally,based on the analysis of the evaluation data of the operation service quality of the software industrial park in the northern of H City,the countermeasures for improving the operation service of the software industrial park in the northern of H City are proposed.
