Study On The Quality Evaluation System Of The Collaborative Content Creation System Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process

Collaborative content creation is a new important information behavior in the network environment, nowadays, collaborative content creation systems are widely used, represented by wikipedia. Today, the systems emphasize on user involvement,user created content and user experience. Because of this new trend, collaborative content creation systems have become an important information resource created and shared, as an important complement to formal information resource, have been recognized by the users. But as a result of the user to create and maintain the information resource systems, its quality is difficult to guarantee, sometimes, it could affect the sustainable development and the use of user effect. Therefore, research on quality evaluation system of collaborative content creation system has a strong theoretical and practical significance.At present, scholars have focused on wiki technology and the quality of Wikipedia’s collaborative behavior and information, related research results is relatively abundant, but the object of study type is single, universal sense outside the Wikipedia of collaborative content creation system and its quality evaluation is scarce. More importantly, the lack of scientific and strong operability research about quality evaluation standard system. Therefore, this paper based on the relevant research, according to the comprehensive, reasonable, scientific and practical principles, use the scientific method to establish the quality evaluation system of collaborative content creation system.First of all, combined with the system’s operational mechanism and characteristic, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the quality of collaborative content creation system from participants, system performance, management control mechanisms,service level, network performance,policy and regulatory. According to the factors, the paper digs out the target dimension, and constructs quality evaluation system model of collaborative content creation system from data quality, technical quality, quality of process control,quality of user experience. Combined with expert interviewed and users surveyed, the author determines 21 evaluation indexes of collaborative content creation system.Next, the author uses the analytic hierarchy process to establish class structure ofindex system. Then the experts and the users give scores of 21 evaluation indexes respectively, analysis the reliability of survey results by using SPSS 20.0 software.After the completion of the above work, the author establishes the judgment matrix level by level according to the scores, uses yaaph software to solve quality evaluation system’s evaluation weight. The empirical study uses wikipedia and Baidu Baike as the evaluation object, and gets the quality scores of the 4 kinds of factors and its comprehensive evaluation scores, at the same time, gives the in-depth analysis and discussion.Finally, the paper summarizes the research results, and forecasts the future research.
