The local university library,as the center of the document resources of the University,together with the teaching and scientific research,constitutes the three pillars of the development of colleges and universities,and provides resources for the education,teaching and research of teachers and students.Library as an important service organization of the school,the quality of service determines the overall level of a library,but also the majority of teachers and students of scientific research,learning and academic exchanges have an important impact.In the context of the era of big data and the construction of "double first-class" universities in China,the demand for library services,quality,level is becoming increasingly diversified,and the factors that affect the quality of library services tend to be complicated.Timely evaluation of the quality of library services can help the libraryhave a clearer understanding of the status and existing problems,also supply evidence for improving quality of service.This article takes the local university Q university library as the research object.First of all,this paper uses the literature analysis method to summarize from the research on the library service quality evaluation both at home and abroad.Based on the LibQUAL + ? scale,and the development status of the local university libraries and the related assessment of the quality of library services in China,we construct the library service quality evaluation system of four levels of librarians,including17 secondary indicators.On the basis of fully respecting the opinions of experts and readers,we use AHP to determine the weight of each index.Then,the questionnaire is used to carry out the service quality evaluation survey in a way that is combined with the actual survey,from the basic data of the user;the average value of the acceptable minimum value,the actual feeling value and the ideal expectation;the user's expectation and actual feeling of the library,and we have a full range of analysis.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the quality of Q university library is in the middle level,the overall customer satisfaction is low and the customer service needs to be strengthened.Finally,according to the problems found in the analysis,we should take the solution strategy from the concept,practice and policy perspective.The empirical data obtained from the study will help the local university library to improve its own service and improve the readers' satisfaction.
