Research On The Sharing Service Of Digital Archives In Fengze District Of Quanzhou City

Strengthening the construction of digital archive resources and exploring the sharing service of digital archive are the inevitable requirements of the digital age.The Measures for the Administration of Digital Archive Sharing of Fujian Province,which came into effect on February 1,2018,and the newly revised Archives Law,which came into effect on January 1,2021,have made clear provisions on digital archive sharing services,providing legal guarantee for digital archive sharing services.In recent years,the demand for the use of archives has shown a rapid growth,and the public’s demand for the convenient use of archives has been continuously improved.However,the current digital archives sharing difficulties,the masses difficult to find files and other practical problems still exist,the traditional archival resources service model has been unable to meet the needs of the public.Therefore,archives departments need to speed up the process of archive digitization and realize the sharing service of digital archives.This paper studies the sharing service of digital archives in Fengze District of Quanzhou City.Through the combination of literature analysis,case analysis and questionnaire survey,the paper introduces the current situation of sharing service of digital archives in Fengze District of Quanzhou City,and analyzes the existing problems of sharing service of digital archives in Fengze District of Quanzhou City.It mainly includes the low awareness of the public,lack of awareness of sharing service,lack of convenient sharing service mode,lack of sharing service platform,lack of shareable archive resources,etc.It is mainly caused by the insufficient publicity and promotion,the lack of professional and technical personnel,the lack of overall planning,the weak capacity of archives resource construction,and the problems of archives management system.To this end,this paper,by drawing on the experience of digital archive sharing service in other regions in China,strengthens the propaganda efforts to improve the social influence of sharing service;Strengthen the construction of talent team,improve the sense of sharing service;Strengthen overall planning,step by step to promote the construction of digital archive sharing services;Strengthen the construction of resources and enrich the shareable digital archive resources;To strengthen the organization and leadership,straighten out the working mechanism of archives,and put forward the countermeasures of digital archive sharing service in Fengze District of Quanzhou City.
