Research On Digital Archives Resource Sharing Under The Context Of Media Convergence

Digital archive resources are the national strategic information resources in the era of knowledge economy.They carry the important historical mission of maintaining the integrity of social memory and inheriting the national cultural heritage.They are an indispensable and important part of China's archives resources.There is a very close relationship between sustainable development.The sharing of digital archive resources is the service provided by the archives department in order to better meet the needs of the public for the use of archive information.It is an upgrade of the original archive information service,further deepening and inspiring the potential value of archive information.The transformation and development of the archives industry and the modern archives work have important practical values.With the further deepening of the integration of new and old media in China,the era of media integration with the development of all-media integration has brought about a new information environment.The sharing of the archives department in this context has also been greatly affected.Change,and constantly strive to find an innovative and feasible path to achieve greater sharing of tens of thousands of digital archives,in order to inject a new era into its sharing practice.The integration and development of traditional media and emerging media has broken through the existing methods of information production and information dissemination,and has changed the role of the audience and the order of communication,making digital file sharing work facing challenges while facing rare development opportunities.How to use the various media to expand the sharing channels and better realize the sharing of digital files between regions and even across the country has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper combines media fusion and digital archive resource sharing,starting from the basic understanding of media fusion and digital archive resource sharing,and combined with case investigation to analyze the basic status of digital archive resource sharing based on media fusion.Through the analysis of the status quo,the current digital resource sharing in China faces the problems of weak utilization awareness,uneven development level,extensive sharing mode,re-establishing light expansion andhomogeneity of information content,and analyzing the causes of the problems.Finally,from the five aspects of organizational leadership,system construction,technical support,standardized management,and talent training,this paper proposes the countermeasures of digital archive resource sharing under the media integration perspective,in order to meet the trend of the times and realize a better digital archive for the archives department in the new environment.Shared services provide a reference.
