Research On The Integration Of Digital Archives-muniment Room And Interarchives

The discussion and research of this paper were based on two cores:"digital archives-muniment room integration" and "digital interarc-hives’(?) integration",the similarities and differences of the both cores in theoretical basis, function orientation, construction goal and the overall framework and other aspects were elaborated, the former’s key lies in handling the relationship between archives and muniment room.and by building the unicom channel between them to realize the whole course management of electronic documents, ensure electronic files’s "four characteristics" and solve the problems of information resources construction; the latter focus on the implementation of realizing the archival information resources sharing cross regional and departmental,and by relaying on the inter-archives integrated network to realize remote checking.cross-archive service and other functions, and ultimately bilud up the national archives information resources network.In the process of research, Document Analysis Method, Comparative Method, Case Analysis Method and some others were adopted to analyze and summarize the theory research and practical experience of "the muniment room integration" and "interarchives integration".the practice situation and difficulties in digital archives and muniment room construction and integration practice in China at present were summarized;the reference models,standards and theoretical basis of the integration construction were expounded;the overall construction process of integration were entirely carded, contents covered the preparation, infrastructure construction, integration network construction, information resources construction,application system construction,database construction,security system construction and so on;The function of "integration" platform was further expanded and promoted,"Three-grade Handy Service" system and "Archives Cloud Service" platform were added to this paper.In this paper,"the integration of digital archives-muniment room" and "the integration of interarchives" were respectively researched and discussed from the perspective of information resources management, and be linked by the "Construction of Archives Information Resources",provided ideas and methods which can be used as reference for implementation of archival information resources construction&sharing.
