Research On Archives Information Service In Digital Archives

With the rapid development of information technology,new standards and requirements have been put forward for the collection,management and service utilization of archives information.The traditional archives service can not meet the needs of society.The modernization and informatization of archives service have become the inevitable trend of archives development.To give full play to the function of archives information and better serve the people's livelihood is the historical responsibility and inevitable choice of the current archives department.In 2010,the National Archives Bureau issued the Guidelines for the Construction of Digital Archives,which pointed out the direction for the construction of digital archives.Archives all over the country have entered the construction period of digital archives.With the continuous development and research of digital archives,its problems have been highlighted.How to develop the information resources of digital archives and how to develop services for the information resources of digital archives have gradually become the focus of research.Combining with the actual needs of archives users and taking users as the center,the development of archives information service in digital archives is conducive to the improvement of the modernization level of digital archives,to the improvement of the level of archives information resources serving the people's livelihood.Tai'an has always attached great importance to the construction of digital archives.In 2004,it started the construction of digital archives,built the "three networks and four databases" mode of archives information management in 2006,and realized the leap from traditional management to digital archives management.Since the promulgation and implementation of Digital Archives Construction Guidelines,Tai'an has further strengthened the construction of various functions of digital archives,so that the level of archives information service has reached a new level.However,with the further development of archives information service,some problems have also been exposed,including:imperfect construction of archives information resources system;low level of utilization of archives information service;relatively lagging of archives open appraisal work;weak awareness of archives utilization of the public,and so on.In view of the above problems,this paper briefly expounds the related concepts of archival information service in digital archives,the characteristics and principles of archival information service and the related basic theories,combs the development course of archival information service of Digital Archives in China by referring to the research results at home and abroad and combining with its own work practice,and takes Tai'an as an example to carry out the work of archival information service of digital archives,and comprehensively applies the new public service theory,archival management theory and other related theories,from the objective environment,archival information resources construction and archives,workers,archives users and other four aspects,in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem.By searching for relevant literature and drawing lessons from the experience of advanced provinces and cities in China,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the in-depth development of archives information service in digital archives.It mainly includes:optimizing the objective environment of digital archives information service;speeding up the construction of digital archives information resources,promoting the integration and sharing of archives information resources;establishing a scientific information service management mechanism of digital archives;and building a personalized service model based on users.These countermeasures provide some references for the further development of archives information service in digital archives.
