Research On Digital Archive Resource Sharing Service Of Guangxi Comprehensive Archives

With the acceleration of the process of social informatization,the public's demand for archival information is increasing,and China's archival cause is facing an important transformation.Especially in the rapid development of e-government in recent years,the government has produced a large number of electronic documents in business activities.These electronic documents are an important component of digital archive resources.At the same time,with the advancement of archival informatization construction and the popularization and application of information technology,how to realize the maximum sharing of digital archive resources has become a new issue that is widely concerned by the academic community and related departments.The government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and comprehensive archives at all levels have adopted a series of measures in recent years to share digital archive resources,and have achieved significant results,but there are still some problems.This article follows the research idea of "propose problems-analyze problems-solve problems",combined with current work practices,adopts literature review,unstructured interviews and other means to collect data and information on the current status of Guangxi digital archive resource sharing services,and finds that in In the process,there are mainly problems such as inadequate management of file sharing services,low efficiency of shared services,and inadequate protection of shared services.Based on the analysis of these existing problems,based on the analysis of the results of sharing services abroad and in other provinces and cities,the strategy of optimizing the digital archive resource sharing service of the Guangxi Comprehensive Archives is proposed from the aspects of policies and regulations,organizational leadership,management standards,and talent construction With a view to promoting the sharing process of digital archive resources in Guangxi.
