Research On The Revolution Of The Sharing And Utilization Of Archives Information Under The Concept Of Sharing Economy

With the rapid development of technology,such as Big Data,Internet of Things,and Blockchain,and so on,the sharing economy came into being.Therefore,a new concept of economy has gradually broadened our sights and changed our visions,works and lifestyles.The field of archives is one of the most affected areas due to the concept of sharing economy.In current society,the traditional archives service methods cannot meet the needs of the growing and diversified archives information of the people.So,this will prompt the department of archives to innovate and step into the "fast lane" of technology quickly,and innovate the methods of archives service to adapt to the development of the era.In this background,this article takes Zhejiang province as an example.Taking a deeply analysis of the status quo of archives sharing and utilization,summarizing the current domestic research and practice in this field.Furthermore,it combines the new characteristics of archives sharing under the concept of sharing economy,and then analyzes the new influence factors of current archives sharing and utilization.This study suggests different issues such as information security,the balance of interests,credit of people,the convenience of using archives,and it's propaganda,these factors are the main factors affecting the sharing and utilization of archives information.At last,this article put forward four suggestions to deal with archives sharing and utilization under the concept of sharing economy.Such as ideological concepts,laws and regulations,sharing and utilization mechanism,the platform of sharing and utilization,and featured archives production design in order to promote the sharing and utilization work of archives information in a smoothly way to develop in the future.
