Research On The Public Cultural Service Supply Of County Libraries In Xcounty In The New Media Era

The arrival of the new media age has promoted the diversification of the service modes of public libraries and brought rare opportunities to the development of libraries.In particular,county-level libraries,which have a wide range of services but limited resources,can not meet the needs of the largest number of users in rural areas with very few collection resources.For example,if the advantages of new media can be effectively utilized and time and space constraints can be overcome,it is possible to break through the "last mile" of public cultural services.From the point of view of the Public Cultural Service provision of the Zhenyuan County,Gansu Library,this paper expounds the present situation of the Public Cultural Service of the Zhenyuan County,Gansu Library,points out the existing problems and analyzes the reasons,and connecting with the popularization of the new media and the strategy of rural revitalization,based on the situation of Zhenyuan County,Gansu County,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the Public Cultural Service of Zhenyuan County,Gansu Library in the new media era.Specifically,taking advantage of the advantages of new media to optimize the supply mechanism of public cultural services at the grass-roots level,speed up the construction of digital hardware facilities,stimulate the subjectivity of rural residents to participate in online reading,strengthen the network popularization and publicity of public cultural products in rural areas,and enrich the training methods of rural public cultural service professionals,etc.,the county-level Public Library Service,with the advantage of new media,provides cultural service to the rural residents in a way that the farmers like to hear and see,which will promote the rural culture vigorously.The results show that the advantages of new media technology lie in breaking the limitation of time and space,the high degree of user participation,and the change of user's identity.This is different from the traditional culture of service and use,the objective constraints are no longer obstacles.In recent years,the field of Public Cultural Services has advocated the participation of diverse subjects,and the most convenient and labor-saving way is to use new media.The subjects of participation are not only governments and organizations,the most extensive diversity should be the target audience of public culture,which will expand the scope of diversity and enrich the content of public cultural services.New Media have opened up a new mode of cultural transmission in the field of public cultural products.With the continuous development of the times,the continuous innovation of new technologies and new media,public cultural services should also keep up with the pace,creation of products and methods belonging to the Public Cultural Sector.The zero threshold restriction and convenient remote connection of new media make it a new platform for communication between public cultural product production departments and service departments as well as audiences,realizing the timeliness of transmission and consumption,it will also help the latest achievements of public culture to be applied to the people in a timely manner.In order to realize the full coverage of public cultural services,county-level libraries,especially county-level libraries in deep-poverty areas,must make use of new media,expand the scope of services,and accurately grasp the reading needs of the clients,timely and accurate provision of the latest best public cultural products,and the preservation of local culture,promote the innovative integration of local culture and public culture,promote the revitalization of rural culture.
