A Study On The User's Willingness To Use Urban Study Rooms

The urban study is a kind of self-service reading space that is incorporated into the public cultural service system,relies on the public library to implement the general and branch library system,is led by the government and participates in the construction of social forces,and is open to the public 24 hours a day free of charge.The purpose of building an urban study is to improve the public cultural service system,provide the public with more public reading spaces and high-quality reading services,and lay a solid foundation for further realizing national reading and building a learning society.The object of the urban study service is the user,and one of the most important criteria to reflect the service efficiency of urban study is the user's willingness to use urban study.From the user's point of view,we should discuss the main elements that promote them to use urban study,and understand the reality of the construction and service of city study.According to the situation,the problems existing in the construction of urban study are explored and targeted improvements are made,so as to continuously improve the construction of urban study and increase the willingness of users to use urban study.On the basis of sorting out domestic and foreign researches on urban study and users' willingness to use,this paper explains the related concepts of urban study and user's willingness to use urban study,analyzes the characteristics of urban study users' willingness to use,combined with innovation diffusion theory and social support.The theory elaborates the formation process of urban study users' willingness to use and the formation mechanism of urban study users' willingness to use.An empirical study was carried out on the user's willingness to use urban study by means of structural equations and other methods,and the main factors affecting the user's willingness to use urban study were obtained.Finally,according to the above results,we put forward the corresponding optimization strategy based on the dimension of willingness and the optimization strategy of user willingness to use based on the construction of symbiotic organization are proposed,in order to continuously improve the construction of urban study and enhance the user's willingness to use urban study.
