The Study On The Coordinated Development Of Urban-Rural Reading Services In The Era Of "Internet+"

In the era of "Internet+",great changes have taken place in the form of reading,and the digital reading has become a popular trend.The "Internet+" era providing the great opportunity for the development of reading services,the library can make use of the platform of "Internet+",breakthrough the limitation of reading service places and provide diversified services.Due to the large gap between urban and rural areas in China,rural reading services lags behind urban areas and there is still a certain gap between urban and rural reading services.At present,the public library is the main body providing reading services for urban and rural residents.At the same time,the public library also cooperates with some university libraries,cultural libraries,farmhouse bookstores and bookstores in order to promote the development of reading services in urban and rural areas.This thesis uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis and comparative study to summarize the basic theory of urban and rural reading services development and the necessity and feasibility of the coordinated development of urban and rural reading services.On the one hand,it investigates and compares the resource,the institutional guarantee and the current status of projects and promotion coordination of the reading services in urban and rural areas.On the other hand,the questionnaires are used to obtain users' use,evaluation,and suggestion for reading service projects.First of all,this thesis finds that the main difficulties are faced in the coordinated development of urban and rural reading services,including the unbalanced supply of urban and rural reading service resources,the inconsistent institutional guarantees of urban and rural reading services and the obvious gaps between urban and rural reading service projects and promotion.Then it analyzes the main problems which are the impact of urban and rural economic level,the unbalanced supply of urban and rural reading service resources,the different recognition and importance of reading services between the urban and rural residents and the weak rural residents' reading consciousness and ability need to be improved.Finally,based on specific issues,the optimization measures are proposed from three levels.Firstly,it uses the "Reading for All" strategy as an opportunity to win more support from the country.It is not only to cooperate with the government to promote the consistency of the urban and rural reading service institutional guarantees,but also to seek for the financial investment in urban and rural areas reasonably allocated from the government and to cooperate with the government to continuously improve the collaborative diversified reading service network system of the urban and rural areas.Secondly,based on the "Internet +",it enhances the level of reading services in urban and rural libraries jointly.Specifically,it includes building the general branch library service system covering urban and rural areas,co-constructing,sharing and promoting the development of reading resources in urban and rural areas,improving the professional of service personnel on the cooperation between urban and rural areas,raising the reading awareness and ability of residents in cities and towns,establishing a urban and rural reading service exchange platform with helping each other and enriching the promotion forms of urban and rural reading services in line with local conditions.Thirdly,libraries seek cooperation to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural reading services.It not only cooperates with new media in the era of "Internet +" to strengthen the promotion of reading services,attract relevant organizations in urban and rural areas to actively provide better conditions for reading services and cooperate with schools to develop classic reading activities,but also allows more people to participate in the reading promotion based on the platform of "Internet+" and guided rural families to create the good reading atmosphere among family.
