In the context of the Industrial Internet,the global economy is developing rapidly in the direction of regional integration,and the digital capability of the supply chain is becoming more and more important to the national economic development level.Supply chain process optimization can improve the level of supply chain,thereby promoting the digital transformation of enterprises.The rapid development of science and technology has promoted increasingly fierce competition in the market.The impact of the new crown epidemic has led to an increasingly unstable market environment,and competition between enterprises has transformed into competition between supply chains.Companies began to reduce costs by constructing a complete supply chain structure and optimizing supply chain processes,and by strengthening the level of supply chain process coordination to obtain profits for the company,and improve the company's competitiveness in the market.In recent years,the academic community has mainly used the SCOR model as the mainstream research method for supply chain process optimization.This paper diagnoses and finds problems through the performance indicators of the combination of Industrial Internet and SCOR model,builds a supply chain optimization model in line with A company according to the model standard process,and proposes an optimization plan.The SCOR model is used to perform performance diagnosis on the status quo of company A's supply chain process,and find out the deficiencies in the supply chain process and the gap with the comparison company.Based on the SCOR model hierarchy,the company's supply chain process is optimized and designed from the top level,configuration level,and process level.The top level designs the overall scope of the five major processes of company A's supply chain;The configuration layer can be divided into three types of processes: planning,execution,and support;The process level design analyzes the specific content of the supply chain Plan,Source,Make,Deliver and Return according to the current situation of the enterprise,and proposes corresponding improvement plans under the background of the industrial Internet.After optimizing the design of company A's supply chain process,in order to better analyze the design effect,take the existing supply chain process of company A as a prototype,and conduct a model simulation comparison analysis before and after optimization of company A.In the Source,in the improved process,the supplier's supply capacity is continuously improved,the procurement efficiency is continuously improved,and the waiting time for raw materials is reduced;In the Make,the number of semi-finished products in the improved process has increased,the waiting time has been reduced,the idle rate of equipment has been reduced,and the production efficiency has been continuously improved;In the Deliver,the number of outgoing goods is increasing,the efficiency of picking is improved,and the output is greatly increased.All of the above have verified the efficiency and implementability of the optimization plan of company A's supply chain process.In order to better implement the optimization plan,specific safeguard measures for supply chain process reengineering organization,supply chain institutional construction,supply chain information system,and professional talents under the background of industrial Internet are proposed.
