After Qunar Com successfully listed,the company's business scope continues to expand,continue to invest the hotel business.In the beginning when there is no hotel supply chain system,the cooperation process between Q unar Com and hotel suppliers were operated offline,salesman sign contract offline,manual audit through mail,contract data error rate is high,the audit process is slow,product publish volume and product publish speed issues are increasingly becoming the bottleneck of the hotel business.It can be seen that the need of this system is very urgent.The primary works in this thesis are presented as follows:(1)Analyzes the Supply C hain Operations Reference-model SCOR,and applies the SCOR model adaptation to the vertical segmentation of hotel product supply process,combining with the hotel product supply process of Qunar Com;(2)Meet hotel product diversity demand,introduce the category tree to abstract and manage the hotel products,support the rapid access of new products and the online upgrade of o ld products,and meet the fast changing market and personalized requirements;(3)The practice of hotel product production is separated from business logic and work flow.The change of working process and the change of business logic do not affect each other,so as to improve the application quality of the system;(4)By taking a full consideration to the needs of safety,robustness and efficiency,the B/S architecture design principle as the system architecture is determined,the framework of The Hotel Supply C hain System is planed,and logic modules of system functions,the database structure and the user interface are designed.The Hotel Supply C hain System has been on line for more than two years.The system move the hotel product supply process from offline to online,and optimize the whole supply process,speed up the contract sign rate high efficiency several orders of magnitude,saving the company's hotel business operating costs,greatly improve the quantity and quality of service of hotel customers.In the complex and changeable market competition environment,the system can also support the rapid access of new hotel products,the zero cost adjustment of production process change,embrace changes,adapt to the fierce competition in the hotel supply chain ind ustry.Since the system was put into operation,running was stable and reliable.The expected effect is achieved.
