It is one of the important ways to continuously improve the supply chain and improve the competitive advantage of the garment supply chain through the digital simulation method to construct the supply chain operation simulation model of the garment enterprise and improve the operation efficiency of the supply chain for different optimization strategies.The paper uses discrete event system simulation method to study the supply chain simulation modeling and operation efficiency optimization of garment enterprises,which has certain practical significance for improving the overall response and coordination ability of supply chain flow.The paper firstly analyzes the operation mode and business process of the apparel enterprise supply chain to assist in the construction of the supply chain simulation model.The paper analyzes the similarities and differences between the push,pull and three modes of operation,and proposes the use of push-pull as the basis of simulation modeling.The core business segments,namely customer ordering,inventory replenishment,garment production and acquisition of surface accessories.Then,combined with the clothing supply chain operation mode and its operation process,using the discrete event system simulation modeling method and Flexsim simulation tool,the garment supply chain simulation model is constructed.The model is set up with 2 generators,4 temporary storage areas,and 9 Modules such as processors and 2 absorbers are implemented.Finally,the simulation model of garment supply chain operation is constructed based on Flexsim.Combined with numerical simulation,the influence of different market demands on the operation efficiency of supply chain is analyzed,and the bottleneck operation in the operation process is identified.In response to the presented problems,two optimization strategies,namely,the change in the number of devices and the improvement of equipment efficiency,optimize the operational efficiency of the apparel enterprise supply chain.
