The sustained economic growth of China has brought about the improvement of the living standard of residents,Then gradually raised the pursuit of high quality material life.Cold fresh products are enjoyed by consumers because of their health,safety,nutrition and convenience,The production and circulation enterprises begin to increase their input to meet the needs,The importance of production and circulation of cold fresh products is highlighted,so the cold chain logistics emerged.The development of Chinese logistics industry is increasingly mature,the competition is becoming fierce,Cold chain logistics is of great importance to improving consumer's life quality and reducing product depletion as a new logistics division.But the cold chain logistics is the heavy asset operation industry,High operation cost and strict technical requirements,through the integration of upstream and downstream industrial chain contributing the scale and integration of logistics system is the way to reduce the operational cost and improve the market competitiveness.Analysis of the existing cold-chain logistics system bottleneck,looking for targeted solutions,is an effective means of logistics enterprises to improve the efficiency of logistics system.Distribution is the core of the cold chain logistics process,The cold chain distribution has the situation that the basic infrastructure,equipment is relatively backward and personnel operation is not standardized in china,The 3PL development is slow and the information is not deep,distribution plan is not reasonable and other weak links.Cold fresh products has special requirements such as timeliness,temperature and humidity,Distribution routing optimization plays an important role in establishing reasonable distribution plan,ensuring product quality and reducing logistics cost.The cold chain distribution problem need to establish the scientific and perfect objective function,to build the basic model of the distribution process and select the appropriate algorithm.In this paper,the cold fresh meat distribution as the research object,establishing a nonlinear mathematical model considering time constraints,using the improved tabu search algorithm to find the global optimal solution.Using the flexsim simulation software,combined with the actual case simulation analyzes the bottleneck of cold meat in the distribution process,puts forward the optimization scheme and obtains the satisfactory distribution scheme satisfying the constraint requirements.
