Under the competition environment of global market,the amount and type of product are various,the product life cycle is shortened and the customer expectation is increased,the physical distance is huge,making the supply chain systems more complicated and supply chain management more difficult.In order to contribute to the improvement of supply chain management,scholars put forward many modeling and simulation methods for the research of supply chain.Although these methods can help us to analyze the supply chain system,the corresponding defects exist,namely the development efficiency of the methods for modeling and Simulation in supply chain system is low and reusability of simulation object members is low.In order to improve the development efficiency of the distributed supply chain simulation modeling and the reusability of the simulation object,a new distributed supply chain modeling and simulation method is proposed in this thesis.Firstly,a review of the existing supply chain modeling and simulation methods is given in this thesis.It is found that these modeling and simulation methods can not meet the supporting of distributed simulation environment,using a standard modeling specification of supply chain industry standard,making simulation nodes with intelligence at same time,which result in low reusability of internal members the simulation object and low development efficiency of supply chain system modeling and Simulation.Secondly,considering the advantages of HLA,Agent and SCOR modeling and simulation technology,the three modeling ideas are integrated and a distributed supply chain modeling method based on HAS is proposed.On the macro level,the use of supply chain structure modeling based on HLA of the whole supply chain structure modeling for building a supply chain structure model;in the micro level,using Agent entity model integrating from business process of SCOR and modelin of the federates based on Agent based on for modeling of supply chain members to create member node model.This improves the efficiency of supply chain modeling.Then,according to the above modeling method,JAVA language,pRTI and JADE software platform are integrated and a general framework of distributed supply chain simulation system is designed.Eclipse,pRTI and JADE are integrated to realizes the development of supply chain simulation system rapidly.Finally,the simulation case is given,the simulation model is established,the simulation system is developed,the simulation experiment is carried out,and the experimental results are analyzed.The experimental results show that we can use the proposed distributed supply chain modeling and simulation method to build simulation model and rapid development of simulation system for the given supply chain system,and to analy the performance of this supply chain system,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
