With the continuous development of satellite navigation technology and satellite communication networks,satellite spectrum resources are becoming increasingly scarce.In order to optimize the utilization of resources,an integrated satellite communication and navigation system came into being.It has both navigation ranging and data communication functions,and is an important direction for the development of satellite communication and navigation in the future.However,the integrated communication network has a complex structure and various task types.In order to ensure the stable and safe operation of the network,how to efficiently remotely monitor and control the network has become an important research issue.Network management technology is mainly responsible for the operation,maintenance and management of satellite networks,optimizing network performance,and monitoring the current status and behavior of network equipment,so that administrators can respond to different events in the network more quickly and solve abnormal behaviors of network equipment.However,the traditional satellite network management technology has certain limitations and cannot be directly applied to the special protocol model of the integrated satellite communication network.Therefore,we urgently need to carry out research on the management technology of integrated satellite communication network.In this thesis,based on the unique networking mode and protocol model of the integrated satellite communication and navigation network,the management technology of the network is studied.The specific research content is as follows:Firstly,because the integrated satellite communication network is running on two different protocols,the common network management model is only suitable for a single protocol network.In order to solve this problem,we propose a hierarchical management system structure,so that the network management center can adopt a unified control command and control protocol to realize the management of ground station and user terminals.Secondly,in response to problems that traditional management agreements cannot be applied,we design a lightweight and efficient private management protocol for the secondary management of the hierarchical management system,and design the management message type and message format for the protocol,and also design the management information database of the ground station and the user terminal.In addition,in order to solve the security problem of users in the integrated satellite communication network,we propose a network registration mechanism to verify the legitimacy of the user terminal,and perform identity authentication and the identity document allocation for new users when they enter the network.At the same time,in view of the high misjudgment rate of existing congestion detection strategies,we design an improved congestion detection and avoidance mechanism.Through theoretical calculations and statistical analysis of simulation data,accurate judgment conditions for network congestion are obtained,which ensures stable network operation and optimizes network performance.Finally,this thesis chooses the OPNET Modeler(OM)simulation platform to simulate and verify the designed management technology.In this thesis,a Simple Network Management Protocol(SNMP)model and a private protocol model are established in the OM environment,and a three-layer modeling mechanism is used to design and implement the network model,node model,and process model of the network management center,ground station,and user terminal.In addition,we design different simulation test scenarios for the configuration management,performance management,fault management,and security management functions of the network management system.Through the analysis of the simulation results,the feasibility and effectiveness of the hierarchical management system are verified.The combination of satellite navigation and communication provides a reference,and provides technical and application support for the management of the integrated signal system.
