The Research And Implementation Of Network Management In TT&C Satellite Communication Network

In recent years, aerospace technologies of China enter a period of quick development, different types of satellite had been launched and test missions of spacecraft are considerably frequent. Besides rocket, platform, launching site and payload, TT&C and Communication systems are important parts of the complete spacecraft system; The TT&C system includes two parts:engineering TT&C and service TT&C, in which engineering TT&C is for control and measurement of space vehicle orbits; and service TT&C is for control of payload.Functions of communication system is for support of transmission of TT&C and engineering information. With large coverage of aerospace missions, satellite communication technologies is mainly adopted to perform large area or even global information transmission to the commanding posts of different levels.In China, there are generations of satellite communication earth stations deployed at TT&C stations, international and ship-borne sites with different operation modes. A satellite communication network management system is needed for full application of resources of earth stations and satellite transponders. Based on analysis of satellite communication composition and features and with techniques of computer application, process control and management regulation design, one proposal of network management solutions is raised in this article from viewpoint of complete network application requirement with study of network management protocols and network management architecture. Units management modules of network management system design is realized and is with satisfactory performance and expected results.
