Design And Implementation Of Outsourcing Management System For Electronic Screen Installation

With the continuous economic transformation and development,the core competitiveness of enterprises has become the key to the development of enterprises.For non-core businesses,enterprises often choose to outsource their business processes.In the sales process of largescale equipment,manufacturers are often required to provide installation and commissioning services,but due to factors such as geography and construction period,manufacturers usually choose to outsource the installation and commissioning services to a third-party construction team.In this case,the traditional approach is to track and monitor the construction progress through telephone communication,on-site supervision,and work records.However,this traditional management method often brings various problems,such as low construction efficiency,difficult data storage,and unclear transfer information.At the same time,because of irregular data and poor records,key information cannot be traced and sold.Problems such as disconnection in the installation process may affect the overall progress of the project and cause huge losses to the enterprise.In order to optimize the process of outsourcing non-core installation business to a third party for implementation,this article will use the microservice architecture to design and implement an electronic screen installation business outsourcing management system.The research goal of this paper is based on the installation business outsourcing activities of an electronic screen manufacturer,the status quo and development trend of BPO software in domestic and foreign markets are analyzed,and conducts an analysis of the current mainstream framework and advanced technology in the market.Research and comparison,select the framework and technology suitable for this system.In the requirements analysis stage,the system roles are first divided into engineering managers,development specialists,review specialists,external users,acceptance specialists and review workflow editor specialists.At the same time,the key business processes of the system are analyzed through UML modeling.Including external user review,review workflow,new installation settlement and other processes;Then,the main functions of the system are analyzed by UML use case diagram and event flow description.In the design and implementation phase,the hierarchy of the system is divided first,divide the system into view layer,agent layer,gateway layer,micro service layer and data persistence layer;Then E-R diagram is used to describe the relationship between the database tables of the system,and the database table design is introduced in detail.In the test phase,first use the table to explain the system's software and hardware test environment,and at the same time introduce the methods and data used in the system test;then based on the above test information,the system is functionally tested,and the specific test steps and expected results are described in detail,And attach a screenshot of the actual running result of the system as the test result;finally,use the automated test tool to test the non-functional requirements of the system and analyze the test results.The electronic screen installation business outsourcing management system can be successfully deployed and operated stably.The application of this system enables electronic screen manufacturers to achieve precise control of the outsourcing process of the installation business.Compared with the previous outsourcing method,it reduces the manpower input and enables it to focus Due to the development of its core business,the data specification and behavior traceability were realized during the installation process,which improved the customer's satisfaction with the installation business,and enhanced the company's competitiveness and brand value in the electronic screen industry.
