Study On The Book Editing Business Outsourcing Management Of The Public Press

With the increase of the scale of the publication and the refinement of the division of specialization of each link in the publication,book editing business outsourcing of public press has become a common phenomenon.This paper makes a thorough understanding of the four aspects of the outsourcing relationship, outsourcing process, outsourcing quality and outsourcing resources through the form of field interviews.Based on the understanding of these four aspects, this paper analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward a better solution.This paper mainly consists of five parts.The first part is about the basic concepts and literature review of the subject. The basic concepts include outsourcing, popular press, editing and outsourcing, the research situation is mainly related to outsourcing and the main research literature and publishing business outsourcing literature.The second part is about the analysis of the present situation of the editing and outsourcing.
