Currently, car manufacturers tends to paying more attention to the customer service-centric model, thus after-sales service is becoming a major source of profit. As the public service platform to support business collaboration between different corporations, the automobile after-sales service system plays a crucial role. Based on the research on the business process model of after-sales service field and the current situation of the business collaboration public service platform, this article has brought out several issues needed to be addressed.To be first, there is a lot differentiation for different enterprise groups on business process needs, while the platform is still not able to fit tenant’s customization perfectly. What’s more, the current system is mainly based on developers which can lead to serious information asymmetry problems between actual requirements and the system. Thirdly, a set of universal standards to organize and manage the business processes is on demand. The last but not the end, it is difficult to adjust the business processes to adapt to market changes dynamically on account of the fact that the business processes are encoded in curing modules.Aimed at the existing shortcomings, this article proposes a solution to develop an automobile after-sales service system based on the Business-Process-as-a-Service model. The main work of this article is as following:First of all, this article has proposed a meta-module to support business process simulation according to the analysis of BPMN module. By adopting a visual business process customization tools, enterprise business staff is able to customize business process through flexible graphical interface.In order to make the business process standardized to be employed universally, this article extracts the similar business so as to be mapped to a category. Thus, the platform is able to provide business process as a service to tenant to facilitate business process quickly.As to the problem that business process is not able to adjust dynamically, this article has detached business process logic from software function code in accordance with the Business-Process-as-a-Service model to achieve the separate management of business processes. The possibility of rewriting the function code can be minimized by using business process control engine to manage the changes of business process and drive the execution of business process. Even after the system being putted into implementation, it can achieve dynamic management of business processes in accordance with the actual demands without modifying the function code.
