Modeling And Simulation Of Business Process For Service Outsourcing Based On Petri Net

With the development of economic globalization as well as market internationalization, the ratio of the service outsourcing in the tertiary industry gets bigger and bigger. and also its growth made a certain contribution to promote the economic development of our country.In order to promote the growth of service outsourcing industry, some regions such as Beijing, Weihai, Jiangsu, Nanchang of Jiangxi, Jiujiang, Guangzhou have set up public service platform for service outsourcing one after another, which can provide outsourcing service contractors, outsourcer and other participants with various information to promote the speed and efficiency. The speed and efficiency of outsourcing directly influences the quality and development speed of the outsourcing industry. Visibly, the research of outsourcing service flow’s design and optimization is imperative for improving the speed and efficiency purposes.Based on the business process of public service platform for service outsourcing, this thesis applies workflow net model which is on the base of Petri net to model, optimize, and control for business process. Finally, the experimental data listed in this thesis verifies the goals established at the beginning of the period in the process. First of all, the thesis started into the initial design of the business process linking with demands of public service platform. To achieve the goal of improving the speed and efficiency purposes, the thesis needs to optimize the business process. And we use Petri net as a business process modeling method because of its structured and logical. Then, based on the definition of Petri net, the thesis builds workflow net modeling of the business process. By applying the dynamic properties and analysis methods of Petri net, rationality and validity of the model was validated. After that, the thesis researches in the optimization uphold the principle of workflow net model. And, it has designed a controlled workflow net model to achieve further goals.This thesis presents a simulation of establishing architecture by using the MATLAB/Simulink simulation tool nested Stateflow. So each respectively, the aforementioned preliminary model, optimization model and controllable model are done by analogue simulation computation. Then it runs the program and gets the simulation data results. Finally, the analysis and comparison was performed in the simulation results by ways of forms, drawing and calculation using the MATLAB toolbox. The thesis obtains the optimized control workflow net model to achieve the goal of improving the speed and efficiency purposes.
