Since the "Made in China 2025",the keywords of additive manufacturing(3D printing)have been seen for many times in the" 13th Five-year plan" and the "High end intelligent remanufacturing action plan",and the field of additive manufacturing has been concerned by more and more scholars.In order to improve the responsiveness of additive manufacturing supply chain,a large number of enterprises started to apply "machining center with ability of additive manufacturing into supply chain,while the unsettled questions are the location selection of the machining center and the division of service areas.In this paper,the two questions above are studied in order to provide some theoretical support for the reasonable operation of distributed additive manufacturing supply chain.With the prosperity of the Internet,people led by the younger generation begin to emphasize their own personality increasingly,and the demand of unique customized products is growing stronger and stronger.Such customized products are characterized by high degree of customization,small demand for individual pieces and large degree of design differentiation.The production mode of additive manufacturing is guided by raw materials and can produce all kinds of designs without mold,so it is widely used in the manufacture of customized products.In order to improve the service efficiency,enterprises set up the machining center near the demand point and get closer to the customer.Therefore,the question related to the location selection of machining center is arising.In the present research model of this question,the cost of distance and the fixed cost of facility selection are usually considered.So this paper,on the basis of considering the distributed material manufacturing characteristics,adds the consideration of the cost of additive manufacturing production and machine installation into the model.As the machining center need to store enormous quantity of raw materials in the facility before processing them,the location selection of facilities is influenced by series of cost such as operating cost inventory,safety inventory,ordering cost etc.Therefore,this paper combines the consideration of inventory cost with the model of the location selection of the machining center and the division of service areas.This paper solve the model above and the given example by genetic algorithm which can work out reasonable results and also analyse the sensibility of transportation cost weight,inventory cost weight and production cost weight.The final result shows that the solution of this model is better than the centralized supply chain of additive manufacturing without machining center.This paper studies the location selection of additive manufacturing machining center and division of service areas considered inventory cost in the customized production market,aiming at balancing the cost of each link of the supply chain,effectively improving the operation efficiency of the supply chain and enhancing the competitiveness of additive manufacturing.The mathematical model proposed in this paper belongs to NP-hard problem,and this paper designs relevant genetic algorithm to solve it.Experimental results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper can solve this type of problem,and for the most part the additive manufacturing supply chain with machining center performs better than those with centralized production.
